Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are always welcome 7 days a week from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. If you prefer to reserve your spot ahead of time, you can book online through our Solv scheduling page.

Do both locations have on-site X-ray, EKG, and lab testing?
Yes. Both Houston and Bellaire are equipped with on-site digital X-ray, 12-lead EKG, and rapid point-of-care laboratory testing for strep, flu, COVID-19, RSV, mono, urinalysis, and STD/STI panels.
Do you offer physicals, Workers' Comp, and drug screening?
Yes. We provide school, UIL sports, camp, and pre-employment physicals, Workers' Compensation injury evaluation, and drug and alcohol screening. Please note that we do not perform DOT/CDL commercial driver physicals.
Do you accept health insurance?
We accept most major commercial insurance plans and Medicare. Our front-desk team verifies your benefits when you check in.
When should I visit Urgent Care versus an Emergency Room?
OnPoint Urgent Care treats non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries such as fevers, colds, flu, ear infections, sprains, simple fractures, cuts needing stitches, rashes, and UTIs. For life-threatening emergencies such as chest pain, severe shortness of breath, stroke symptoms, major trauma, or uncontrolled bleeding, call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room.
